Why I Wrote Personal Protection in the Workplace

I wrote Personal Protection in the Workplace: An In-Depth Analysis because workplace safety involves much more than cameras, policies, and emergency plans. Risk can also emerge through behavior, workplace culture, poor communication, ignored warning signs, misuse of authority, and digital vulnerabilities.

My goal was to examine the human and organizational side of protection and help readers better understand how concerns develop, how they are reported, and why responsibility at every level matters.

Ultimately, this book encourages a broader approach to workplace safety—one that considers physical, psychological, organizational, and digital concerns while supporting stronger prevention and response.
